1/28/2010: ToolBank USA's board of directors unanimously elected its leadership slate at its first board meeting of 2010.   

12/15/2009: On Thursday, ToolBank USA announced the establishment of the Charlotte Community ToolBank, which is modeled after the Atlanta Community ToolBank.  Successful replication of the ToolBank program model is ToolBank USA’s mission, which has initiated similar dialogues in more than a dozen other cities. 

11/2/2009:  ToolBank USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Lynch as Director of Development.  Lynch brings a wealth of experience in philanthropy, including leadership in the areas of earned income, corporate partnerships, and foundation support.
