One of the largest shortfalls of disaster response and recovery is the availability of tools for volunteers. Toolbank Disaster Services eliminates that shortfall by placing a 53' rolling tool and hardware warehouse right in the middle of a disaster zone. Without these tools, volunteers and volunteer organizations would be sorely ineffective. Thanks, TDS!
